For most day-to-day matters, such as account and assessment questions, maintenance concerns, gate access, or general inquiries, the Community Manager is your first point of contact. For broader community matters, members of the Board are also glad to hear from you.
For any emergency that threatens life or property, always call 911 first. For water or well-system issues, contact the Rosemont Community Water Association directly, as it operates separately from the HOA.
